beachEmbassy Suites - MauiIf going to Hawaii and you have kids, I suggest staying at the Embassy Suites in Maui. This hotel was perfect because it has two rooms (instead of a one room hotel) and our son could take his nap in the bedroom without being disturbed. This hotel also had a nice kids pool and beach. They had a happy hour each night with free drinks and snacks which was a bonus. They had a nanny service which we used one day in order to take a snorkel excursion. Chankanaab National ParkWe came here mostly because our daughter was allowed to do a dolphin swim at age 3. There is a program for a young child to experience the dolphin experience with a parent in the water. It is a great way for a young child to get in the water, kiss, touch, and "train" a dolphin. We thought it was very affordable. They only charged us for the adult and she was free. The rest of the park was nice but a bit pricey for what you get. There is a really beautiful pool with fountains that was really nice for the kids. My daughters really enjoyed this part of the park most. |
